Thank you for covering this important report on Medicaid programs restricting access to hep C medications. However, CMS did not issue the report and had no involvement with it. The report was conducted and published by the National Viral Hepatitis Roundtable (NVHR) and the Center for Health Law & Policy Innovation (CHLPI) at Harvard Law School. While your article accurately reflects CHLPI's involvement, it neglects to mention the important role of NVHR.
