It’s wild how the blame always gets framed around insurers or government red tape, when in reality pharma companies set the outrageous prices, but no one dares say it. Trump made it worse by pretending to fight Big Pharma while cutting deals that protected their profits and gutting policies that could’ve capped costs. He talked tough, but as usual, it was all for show... meanwhile, patients pay the price.
